Orders

How do I place an order? 

Once you’ve found the product you want, you’ll need to click ‘Add to Cart’. You can either carry on shopping or click ‘View Shopping Cart’ if you’ve got everything you need; this will give you the option to checkout. 

If you have any addresses or payment options saved to your account then these will automatically display in the checkout, making it quick and easy to complete the order. Otherwise, you’ll need to enter the details manually. 

Check everything is correct and you’re good to go. We’ll send you an email as soon as the order is on its way.

How do I cancel or change my order? 

We kindly ask you to contact us and confirm all details of your order before placing it, as orders cannot be changed once they are in our system.

Why is my offer code not working? 

We’re sorry to hear your code isn’t working, you’ll need to check that you’re signed into your account, you are not trying to use more than one code per order and that your item isn’t excluded from the offer. 

If the code isn’t being affected by one of the issues above then please contact us and we’ll look into this for you.

Where do KORRES ingredients and products come from?

Greece—our home and our ultimate inspiration. The Greek landscape is filled with unique, wild flora that has grown and been used for traditional remedies for thousands of years. From working with local micro-farmers to teaching sustainable practices, our method of gathering ingredients has always gone beyond just farming—it’s a labor of love and our eternal passion. Through a Full Circle™ seed-to-skin journey, we carefully transport each seed, fruit, or bloom to our six labs to be extracted, formulated, and ultimately returned to the soil as organic fertilizer. We care deeply about our products, our results, and you—our customers.

How do you come up with your formulas? 

Our products are inspired by the unique and transformative ingredients we source from Greece, our all-women Research & Development team, as well as our skin’s needs. We create ingredient-first, results-driven formulas that combine the power of nature with cutting-edge science and natural technologies—all with the aim of achieving a specific skin goal and keeping our blends as clean and natural as possible.

How do you make sure your formulas are safe? 

At KORRES we are known for developing our products with the highest standards of testing and transparency. Each one of our products goes through over 500 tests to ensure they are safe and effective—and we start from scratch if even one of those tests falls short. Just as important as what goes into our formulas, is what we leave out. We have an ever-growing list of 2,000+ commonly used ingredients and chemicals that we avoid using and are always challenging ourselves to develop highly natural and efficacious products.

Are your products Gluten Free? 

The simple answer is no but be sure to check the details section under each product to see the content of each formulation and whether the product is gluten-free, made with wheat-derived ingredients or may contain traces of wheat.

Does KORRES test on animals?  

No, at KORRES we believe in purity of ingredients and intention. We are strictly against animal testing, and do not test any ingredients or products on animals, nor do we hire outside companies to do so for us at any stage in production. All of our safety and efficacy tests are performed at our Formulation Lab in Athens, using synthetic skin cells or on volunteers under the surveillance of a dermatologist, ophthalmologist or other medical professional. We do not sell to any countries that require animal testing and follow the European Union's strict legislation that bans animal testing on finished cosmetic products and their ingredients.

Are your products OK for Vegetarians + Vegans? 

Yes, the vast majority of our products are suitable for vegetarians and/or vegans. Our clean formulas are plant-based and inspired by the natural Greek landscape. Under the details section of each product page, you’ll find the content for each formulation and whether or not it is suitable for you.

Returns + Refunds

What is your returns policy?

How do I return and Item?

At this time, we do not provide prepaid return labels or refunds for return shipping costs.

To return a KORRES product purchased from a retail partner, please contact their designated customer service team for all requests. We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for orders purchased outside of uk.korres.com. For Returns, redeemable items must be shipped back with purchased goods for a full refund. Cannot accept returns on redeemable items separately – they are final sale.

When will I receive my refund? 

Refunds are made to the original form of payment once the returned product is received and processed at our warehouse. This takes roughly 7-10 business days from the day you send out your package to the day the refund is processed. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.

Shipping + Payments

Do you offer free shipping? 

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders with a minimum spend of £50 per order. Customers may also select other shipping methods at an additional charge at checkout.

How can I pay for my order? 

We offer a variety of online payment methods to ensure our customers can place orders with ease. You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

Additionally, we are actively exploring the implementation of new payment methods to provide even more convenience in the near future.
