All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. If an item you order is out of stock, we will inform you by email (or other means if no email address is provided) and give you the option to either wait for the item to be restocked or cancel your order.

Any automatic order acknowledgment you receive does not signify our acceptance of your offer. Risk for the products transfers to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order. We are not liable if an incorrect delivery address is provided or if you fail to collect the products from the specified address. Ownership of the products will transfer to you on the later of: (a) dispatch of the products by us, and (b) receipt of payment for the products. 

If you are purchasing goods or services as a consumer (for personal use rather than business use), you have the right to cancel any purchase within 14 days from the date you take physical possession of the goods.

All prices listed include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are accurate at the time of entering information into the system. However, we reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

You can make payments by major credit or debit cards.Payment will be taken from your account before dispatch of the goods or the provision of the service. If using a credit card, a pre-authorization amount of £0.01 may be held until your card issuer validates the transaction.

If there is an error in the price shown at checkout, and we detect it before confirming your order (per clause 9), we are not obligated to sell the items at that incorrect price. Only one discount code is permitted per order. Orders with multiple discount codes may be rejected or canceled. Discount codes are to be used according to their specific terms, including eligibility criteria and maximum order values. By entering a competition, entrants confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. All decisions are final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into. 

Competitions are open only to UK residents (excluding Northern Ireland), aged 18 or over unless otherwise specified. Entrants under 18 must obtain consent from a parent or guardian. 

Entries must be submitted by the specified closing date. We are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, or misdirected due to technical issues or other causes. We reserve the right to disqualify any entries we deem to have been made fraudulently or using improper means. 

Entrants are responsible for any costs incurred to access computer networks. 

We will not be liable for any failure to comply with these Terms, nor for any disruptions, delays, or technical issues that may occur. 

We will be the promoter of all competitions unless stated otherwise.

If, for any reason, a prize advertised is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a similar prize of equal or greater value at our discretion. 

• Only one prize will be awarded per household. 
• There will be no cash alternative or other substitutes for the prize, and prizes are non-transferable.

The winner's name will be drawn randomly from all correct entries received after the closing date. 

The prize winner will be contacted within 28 days after the winner is selected.

You waive your right to be identified as the author of the content and also waive any right to object to any modifications or derogatory treatment of your content. 

You agree to take any necessary actions to assist us in securing the above rights, including executing documents as requested by KORRES UK LTD. 

You confirm that you own or control all rights to the content you submit. At the time of submission, the content is accurate and does not violate any of our guidelines or cause harm to any person or entity (including being non-defamatory). You agree to indemnify KORRES UK LTD from any third-party claims arising from a breach of these warranties. 

If the review is associated with a competition, winners will be notified by email. If a winner fails to respond within 20 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited. 

This offer is only valid for qualifying items listed in the Multibuy section of the Website. 

If any items are returned (except in the case of faulty/defective products exchanged), we may either require the return of all goods received as part of the Multibuy offer at your expense or charge you the full price for the items you keep. 

When we offer a free gift with a product, only one free gift will be provided per transaction, regardless of the number of products purchased. The free gift is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute the gift with an alternative of equal or greater value.
